We are currently hiring a bookkeeper for part-time work. The hours can be flexible, and we were hoping for around a 20 hour per week commitment. This is an ideal job for someone who has school-aged children they wish to see off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon.
The part-time bookkeeper is primarily responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. We run payroll, and cut checks every other week and invoices go out weekly. QuickBooks is our Accounting Software. QuickBooks experience is preferred. Prior bookkeeping experience is required. Excel experience is preferred. A highly detail oriented, accurate person is necessary. A positive, can-do attitude with a customer service mindset is required to fit into the team.
Pay $27-35/hr depending on experience and education.
