Work Hours
The work hours for this position are approximately Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Key Purpose
The Commissary Bookkeeper is responsible for working with management to meet operational goals of the unit. The position focus is on compiling and reporting financial results as well as other unit support.

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence – Financial Duties
- Compile, review and post daily sales and catering revenue.
- Cash receipts – review daily and post credit card batches.
- Accounts Payable – code and approve invoices
- Calculate and compile salary and hourly labor
- Prepare and submit weekly operating reports to corporate office
- Weekly AR close – calculate catering invoices on site specific log and submit to client AP
- Monthly Inventory – enter inventory and update vendor pricing.
- Daily catering schedules post and financial reports
Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence – Unit Support
- Always remember safety first
- Build respectful relationships with all teammates
- Assist in Kitchen with logistics and product transportation
- Support and training on systems, programming pricing, update menu and daily batching
- Catering – review delivery schedules and support as needed

- Ability to keep calm under busy working conditions
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for periods of 7 hours
- Must be able to work under pressure during peak periods of the day
- Must offer outstanding hospitality for their entire shift
