Minimum Requirements:

·Master’s degree or higher in behavioral, social services or related field.

· Nationally certified as a “Board Certified Behavior Analyst” (BCBA), or certified / licensed in accordance with state requirements.

· Meets BACB requirements to supervise other behavior analytic practitioners.

· Must have solid computer and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

· Must be able and willing to work some hours outside of normal working hours to respond to emergencies or to otherwise meet the needs of the people we serve and their families.

· Must have consistent access to reliable transportation that will allow for quick response in an emergency.

Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record and proof of insurance per Array insurance guidelines.

Preferred Job Qualifications and Competencies:

This position is responsible for working as a direct therapist, as well as conducting some indirect work.

· Two or more years' experience providing ABA services.

· Experience with children and adults.

· Experience with clinic-based and community-based service delivery.

· Problem solving skills with ability to respond to problems calmly and independently.

· Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and follow-through from beginning to end on assigned tasks.

· Solid skills in working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and/or their families.

· Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and basic knowledge of family dynamics.

· Skills in conducting thorough informal and formal assessments, developing behavior plans, and coordinating and monitoring service efficacy.

· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a diverse group of people to lead, inspire, guide, organize, and support others.

· Lead and exemplify a positive interaction, appropriate boundaries and professional appearance when representing Array in all activities and functions of the position.

· Promote cooperative teamwork and team well-being by providing a culture of respect and recognition.

· Maintain availability and attendance according to the attendance policy.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

· Adhere to weekly schedule expectations: availability and willingness to work 40 hours per week during core hours, which typically fall between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday but may fluctuate depending on the needs of the organization, program, or caseload present; at least 62.5% billable (25 hours); not eligible to bill line tier

· Participate in performance management system, inclusive of feedback surveys/checklists

· Maintain schedule and availability across all platforms pertaining to employment status and position

· Monitor and assist with scheduling of all direct reports

· Timely submission of timesheets/billing

· Complete all assigned trainings in timely fashion

· Adhere to established policies and workflows (i.e.- communication, timekeeping, attendance, dress code, etc.)

· Adhere to expectations outlined within employee manual

· Implement behavior plans and data collection with treatment integrity

· Provide modeling and training on behavior plans to staff and caregivers as directed by supervisor(s)

· Maintain professionalism in all aspects of position/employment

· Adhere to ethical standards outlined by the organization and the governing board (BACB)

· Receive and deliver feedback in constructive manner

· Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to promote optimal outcomes of team, organization, and field

· Participate in practitioner development opportunities

· Maintain credentials/certifications required for position and all related responsibilities (i.e.-supervision logs)

· Support/Mentor/Coach BLTs/BTIs/BTIIs/LBTs/BCaBAs as directed by supervisor(s) or as needed

· Identify, develop, and address area-specific needs (i.e., training, team-building, staffing, materials, etc.)

· Provide behavior analytic supervision within skillset

· Perform intakes, assessments, program development, and caseload management within skillset

· Maintain general knowledge regarding funding streams, service codes, etc. as related to caseload

· Provide behavior analytic consultation within skillset

· Perform other such duties as assigned within the scope of the position, as well as those reflective of professional experience, education and ability.

· Maintain ongoing compliance with all required HR documentation and online/instructor-led trainings. Completes all trainings and documentation no later than the due dates given.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

1. Physical Requirements - Requires repetitive manual and finger dexterity and eye- hand coordination; requires the ability to use all office equipment; and the ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds using appropriate body mechanics.

2. Visual, Hearing and Communication Requirements - Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to communicate verbally with all staff, vendors, people we serve and clients.

Pressure Factor – May require working under stressful conditions at times and handling emergencies. Working conditions may be noisy with fluctuating indoor temperatures. There will be pressure at times to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines and manage crisis situations. This position will interact with people we serve who are intellectually and developmentally delayed and maybe frail or confused and have the potential for verbal or physical aggression.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience
