We are a fast-growing, community-loved Autism Treatment Center looking for a full-time/contract BCBA to join our team to provide BCABA Supervision and Mentorship for BCBA Candidates. BCBA Qualifications:

• Must possess a BCBA certification
• Works well on a team, is fun, engaging, supervises in a positive and collaborative manner; we strive to not be a hierarchical agency, but one centered on thoughtfulness, positivity, collaboration, and effective communication.
• Can “think out-of-the-box” and know how to give high fives and say “great job” in a million different ways
• Most importantly, you must be warm, passionate, excited, and have the potential to be a great leader in our agency.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise BCABA and provide Mentorship on a weekly basis (3-5 hours minimum)
• Write progress reports in conjunction with the director
• Train new staff and provide on-going trainings
