Description:
This position is responsible for timely and accurate billing of customer invoices. The Biller also supports A/P function and provides general office support.
- Price billing transactions and bill assigned loads (trucks).
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
- Check driver logs for accuracy & totals gallons loaded & delivered.
- Print out driver reports from Smart Truck and post sales to DM2.
- Prepare 3rd party paperwork to be billed out.
- Processes credit/rebills for BOL’s, customers, and the tax department.
- Respond to email requests.
- Update records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc.
- Experience with Crystal Report for Billing & BOL’s.
- High school diploma.
