The Kid SpOt Center is seeking a full time energetic, career oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), who is passionate about kids and helping shape their future!

The Kid SpOt Center is a pediatric clinic serving patients from birth to 21 years of age with various needs from developmental delays, Autism to Down Syndrome. Because we are dedicated to the success of each child, we offer multiple therapeutic services including: Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies, Positive Behavior Supports, Community Living Supports, Targeted Case Management and Mental Health Counseling. The ideal candidate would posses a High School diploma with minimum of 1 year working with individuals with special needs. Bachelor's in Human Services or Behavioral Science degree preferred. A current RBT certification is preferred. If applicant does not have a current RBT certification the job offer is contingent on completion of RBT training and exam.

RBT Purpose: To deliver quality, evidence based, applied behavior analysis services for the purpose of shaping children for their future.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows and implements individualized treatment programs with evidence based activities to address goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collects and accurately documents data during all direct sessions for the purpose of monitoring patient progress towards goals.
  • Collaborates with supervising BCBA/BCaBA to distribute homework for each patient, at minimum, 1x monthly.
  • Completes periodic training and skill maintenance in various assessments and evidence based programming such as VB-MAPP, STAR Program, AFLS, etc. .
  • Adheres to all HIPPA requirements

Requirements:

  • High School diploma with minimum of 1 year working with individuals with special needs.
  • Bachelor's in Human Services or Behavioral Science degree preferred.
  • A current RBT certification is preferred
  • Obtain and maintain annual CPR/First Aid certification, TB Screening, and background checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
