Brett DiNovi & Associates (BDA) is a California-based consultation firm that's offering Behavior Technician positions for candidates highly skilled in applied behavior analysis to provide IN-HOME consultation in Orange County, Inland Empire, and Long Beach area. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience OR an interest in consulting with individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. Additionally, we provide in-person BCBA supervision to our team!

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Behavior Technicians:

  • Behavior plan implementation
  • Assistance in conducting functional behavior assessments
  • Intensive ABA teaching strategies
  • Community-based instruction
  • Functional life skills training
  • Vocational training
  • Providing services in-homes, in-clinic, or school setting
  • There are also physical demands and may require an individual to lift, kneel, bend, etc.

The hourly wages for part-time Behavior Technician employment may range from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour and are based on education and experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time and part-time jobs are available! Standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Travel:

The position of Behavior Technician consists of being in the field. Frequent travel in assigned region to client to client. Ideal candidate must have reliable means of transportation. Our cases are North, West, and Central Orange County. (Examples: Anaheim, Santa Ana, Orange, Fullerton, Irvine), Long Beach, and Inland Empire (Examples: Corona, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, etc.)
