We are looking for a full-time individual to coordinate our accounts receivable department for our corporate office (Shavano Park location). Our ideal candidate will be energetic, dependable, detail oriented, and a motivated team player with the ability to maintain a friendly demeanor while working with co-workers and building good relationships with clientele. Prior automotive accounts receivable experience is a plus, however in-office personal training will be provided. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reconciling individual AR accounts, receiving money and depositing to banks, corporate collections calls and email inquiries, verifying and posting transactions, working directly with dealership managers and managing daily reports and schedules.
