Barista/Cashier (Specialty Coffee Bar) No Server Experience Necessary Job at Waterbean Coffee
We are an upscale specialty coffee shop with locations in Cornelius, Huntersville, Hickory, Winston-Salem, and Charlotte. We're currently hiring for our Cornelius and Huntersville location.
Our company is currently looking for Full-time or Part-time barista/cashier. If you have outstanding customer service skill, love coffee and love to have fun we need you! You have to be able to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for customers in our shop by providing fast and friendly service, quality products and a clean, safe store environment. Takes orders, prepares coffee and food, and collects payment.
Due to our rapid growth, if you're a hard-working individual there is a lot of advancement within our company.
Our base pay is $9 an hour, including tips can take you to $15-$17+ an hour, if tips do not take you up to $15 we will make the difference, we guarantee at least $15 with tips.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
- Brews coffee, espresso, lattes, tea, and hot chocolate; and be knowledgeable about our offerings.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to our procedures.
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- Keeps the store clean.
- Stock work stations and prep work
- Be flexible with scheduling to meeting business needs.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
