The CRM Lead Engineer will collaborate with Business Stakeholder(s), Platform core team and developers, to design and build re-usable capabilities that can be rolled out to multiple business units/geographies in alignment with Global CRM Platform Architecture guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Lead technical design sessions
Working with business to analyze business requirements, defining functional specifications
Developing high level project work plans
Designing integration solutions across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service capabilities
Identifying creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code
Developing testing strategies
Training business users/operations team on the usage and administration of CRM Platform

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of overall Dynamics CRM technical experience.
Must have experience with the latest Dynamics 365 Product Suite
Deep Understanding of Model driven apps.
Must have experience in the latest version UCI experiences/capabilities.
Participate and lead analysis/design sessions to capture functional and technical requirements.
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills and proven ability to identify and recommend solutions to issues, concerns, and challenges
Deep understanding of Client API Reference and apply JS customizations to forms.
Deep understanding of Security roles, business units, and teams.
Deep Understanding of PCF Controls & how they are used and configured.
Expert in creating/updating Plugins/Custom actions.
Experience in querying via web API.
Experience working with Power Automate.
Understanding of business process flows.
Deep understanding of Case Management, routing rules, SLA/KPI, and queues
Deep Understanding of Unified Routing
Deep Understanding of Skill Based Routing
Deep Understanding of Advanced Queues
Deep Understanding of Auto Case Creation Rules
Basic Understanding of PCF Controls & how they are used and configured
Must have experience is solution management - managing components across solution, deploying managed solutions.
Understands the concepts and applications of Microsoft technologies
Good understanding of Source Code Management.
Experience in Omnichannel and Telephony integration is preferred.
