Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a great personality and take care of our parts customers internal and external.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with customers on parts status.
• Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Organize schedule of deliveries.
• Perform Safe pick up and deliveries.
• Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to help our customers.
• Potential candidate must have strong work ethic.
• Auto parts knowledge and experience preferred.
• Previous Automotive Parts Counter experience.
• Previous Automotive Service Department experience.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Strong computer skills
• Candidate must have a driving record acceptable by our insurance coverage.
