Automotive Finance Assistant

Requirements:
- Work directly with Finance Managers and accounting to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all deals.
- Package car deals, make appropriate copies of documents and send to correct financial institution.
- Review documents from vehicle sales for compliance completion.
- Communicate and resolve any and all issues with managers.
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
- Automotive accounting preferred, with Reynolds & Reynolds experience.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment required.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Education and /or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude
- Must pass a background screen/drug screen/driving record screen
- 2 years or more automotive experience
- Professional appearance
- Able to work independently
- Good computer skills/mathematic/internet savvy
- Able to multi task, prioritize, and react to situations promptly
- Some filing
- Work occasional on Saturdays with team member.
