Auto Detail Manager– starting pay $18 - $20/hr + tips
JOB SUMMARY
The Auto Detail Manager is responsible for running a team of people and providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring that the cosmetic quality of all vehicles meets the Detail Shop's standard of excellence. Manage labor and ensure all staff will prepare and clean all vehicles according to the services purchased and the approved processes of the Detail Department and at the direction of the Detail Manager.
- Washing and cleaning the interior and/or exterior of a vehicle to service standards
- Adhere to company standards and produce quality work
- Safely moving vehicles in and out of the service bay
- Use provided materials to clean, wax, and vacuum vehicles
- Have an internal and external customer focus and a great attention to detail.
- The Detail Manager needs to be self-driven, organized, disciplined, be a team player and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively.
