Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an IT Business Partner to support our business in Jacksonville, Florida. This organization supports the Boeing Jacksonville Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business at Cecil Field.

The IT Business Partner acts as an internal consultant for liaison activities at a strategic/enterprise level between the Global Technical Operations business as Cecil Field and IT. The IT Business Partner understands IT needs for the business in terms of application and infrastructure needs and then coordinates with the separate organizations of Boeing Enterprise IT to focus support and create needed capabilities for the Cecil Field MRO business to succeed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align setup business capability roadmaps aligned to business strategic initiatives & goals
  • Partner with the IT capability teams throughout the enterprise to ensure expectations are met
  • Create reports, metrics, and visibility needed for efficient site operations
  • Serve as an IT system expert for the primary business systems used at the site
  • Understand problems or initiatives, and represent the business to engage the right resources, explore alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
  • Represent IT service offerings and processes to business unit leaders and end users

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience working on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains
  • 1+ years of experience developing and executing IT project plans
  • 1+ years of experienced with IT Product mindset and framework

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Demonstrated systems thinking experience across broad process and architectural landscapes
  • Demonstrated organization skills to effectively work in cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements
  • Excellent organizational and planning experience
  • Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related
  • Knowledge of the primary business system used, GOLDesp, or equivalent manufacturing/MRO system experience
  • Report writing with SQL experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +7 years' related work experience, 12 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Salary Range: $95,200 – $128,800
