The Credit Solution Sponsors team covers Private Equity firms who are focused on small and mid-sized assets and are uniquely positioned to deliver the full value of J.P. Morgan's deep and broad platform across M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Direct Lending and the full suite of Corporate and Commercial Banking solutions.

Job Responsibilities

MM FSG is looking for Relationship Manager, focused on our Middle-Market Venture Backed Client Base. You will be responsible for building best-in-class relationships with the targeted clients and potential clients.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 3+ years Financial Sponsor Coverage or equivalent experience covering Middle Market Venture Backed Companies.
• Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financing transactions required
• Strong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role
• Strong credit skills
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
• Passion for the middle market space and working with a range of public and private client
