Frozen Food Distribution Assistant Warehouse Manager

Henderson, CO

As a leader in warehouse distribution of frozen foods, Cold Front Distribution is looking for a Distribution Assistant Warehouse Manager in our Henderson, CO location. This is a full-time, hands-on position and the requirements are listed below:

Requirements for the position:

· Prior warehouse experience preferred

· Management or supervisory experience required – up to 15 employees

· Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs and at times up to 100lbs

· Available to work overtime

· Ability to work in a -20-degree conditions for extended periods

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Highly organized and focused on efficiencies

· Effective communication skills; both written and verbal

· Team player; able to coordinate and motivate others

· Maintain clean, safe warehouse environment

· Order supply management and review rotate stock as necessary

· Conduct periodic cycle counts and monthly physical inventory as required

· Conduct weekly warehouse meetings

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word & Excel)

· Forklift certification is a plus

· Must pass pre-employment / post offer background check & drug screening

We offer:

· Starting pay is $65,000 DOE with a potential 10% annual bonus

· PTO Manager Policy

· Medical, Dental and Vision – available after 60 days of employment then 1st of the following month.

· 401k Retirement package after 60 days - the company currently is matching 50% of what you want to contribute, up to 6%.
