Responsibilities:
Positively interacts with children directly at all times. Implements age appropriate discipline and offers appropriate redirection and guidance.- Ensures childcare center is in compliance with state laws and sanitation requirements.
- Makes decisions in accordance with center policies and keeps abreast of changes and guidelines.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: High School Diploma
PREFERRED:Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or degree in progress.
