We are seeking a Assistant Restaurant Manager who is passionate about customer service, comfortable working in a busy high-volume restaurant environment and skilled at developing training programs and coaching staff. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy restaurant and training of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills, and the successful candidate will need to be comfortable making quick decisions, handling customer complaints and working efficiently in a busy environment.

Assistant Manager focuses efforts on increasing restaurant sales and profitability and understand impact on the overall business. Considers cost/benefit impact of financial decisions and works to protect the brand. Monitors costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cooks and servers to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Responsible for on-time service of food and drinks.
• Responsible for upholding health and sanitation standards.
• Enforce company rules and regulations.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure restaurants are kept clean.
• Monitor staff performance.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor restaurant sales, profitability and cost/benefit impact of decisions.
• Monitors costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
