Assistant Manager - Music School Scheduler/Customer Service Job at Blackbird Music
Blackbird Music is primarily a music lesson studio and we also sell music accessories and rent band and orchestra instruments. We are located in Queen Creek at Power Rd and Chandler Heights. We are looking for a person to run the front desk who is very responsible with great customer service and phone skills. You would be the first contact our customers have with our business and it is very important to communicate clearly with customers and our teachers. An important part of the job is scheduling lessons using our software, so some computer skills are needed. A knowledge of music and musical instruments is a plus but not a deal breaker if you are willing to learn . Cash register experience is a plus. Light cleaning is part of the daily tasks. You would be opening and closing the store and will be a key holder.
It is a part time job but the hours are consistent. The work schedule is Tuesday through Friday 2:30 pm - 7pm and Saturday 8:30am - 2pm. We are closed on all major Holidays.
