Spooner Ace Hardware is hiring for a full-time assistant manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities would include:
Supporting the Store Manager with the leadership of the store staff and daily store operations.
Ensuring that the store operates an effective and efficient manner.
Supervisory and decision making responsibility
Developing good customer relations
Addressing employee and customer concern
Lead associate team to accomplish store goals
Ensure all opening/closing procedures are done
You will need to have:
Minimum of 1-3 years of retail management experience or similar experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead and develop others
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
Ability to work under pressure
Able to lift 40-50# on a daily basis
