SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Talented hands-on Assistant Food Service Director for a residential comunity in Atlanta, GA.

We are seeking a culinary professional to join the management team to produce the meals at this 365 day community, mentor the team and delight the residents.

We are interviewing now for a position that will begin on Saturday, July 1st.

Pay Type:

$47,500.00 -$55,000.00 Salary

What you'll do:

• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and develop client relationships.
• Assist in general location management as part of the SAGE management team.
• Assist in ordering and inventory management, scheduling, catering and production, as needed.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively.
• Implement and maintain HACCP standards.
• Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing mentoring of the team.
• Lead by example.

What you'll need:

• Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Fluency in sanitation and safety standards.
• Dynamic get-it-done work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to plan and organize with proficiency.
