Assistant Facility Manager (Fitness) NF-03 Job at US Army Installation Management Command
Duties
- Assists the Fitness Facility Manager in the overall management and operation of a fitness facility.
- Assists with the scheduling and outreach of organizational units at the facility.
- Submits recommendations for budgetary and manpower requirements.
- Assists in the assessment of facility requirements and helps develop plans and specifications for projects to augment or replace fitness and sports facilities.
- Assists with the reviews of directives from higher levels of authority and prepares implementing SOPs.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
- Possesses and maintains the following certifications: CPR, First Aid and AED.
- Must complete the following courses/classes: MWR Orientation Course; Customer Service; Equipment (Safe Operation and Basic Maintenance Repair).
- A one-year Supervisory probationary period may be required.
- This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
- Must be willing and able to work irregular hours to include Federal holidays, weekends, and evenings
Qualifications
- Work experience carrying out a sports program that included a variety of individual and team sports; guiding participants in developing the skills needed for participation in sports activities and teaching the techniques of various sports.
