Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our Arlington Court Care Center in Columbus, OH.
Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our Arlington Court Care Center in Columbus, OH.
In this role, you will help manage and lead the nursing department to ensure our residents receive outstanding care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. You also will assure that the center remains in compliance with all organizational policies, local, state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
- Previous Long-Term Care Nursing experience is required
- Must have a passion for delivering exceptional care!
