The Job

Area Banquet Manager is a hands-on position where you are actively working side by side with your team on the floor, constantly engaged in high-end service training and improving the fine details. You actively participate in all aspects of Banquet operations, manage and assist Banquet servers in the timely set-up, execution, and break-down of all Banquet functions. You communicate with clients in a professional, courteous and helpful manner, embracing the Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge service culture.

Requirements:

To be successful in the Ara Banquets Manager, you:

  • Have previous Banquet management experience and possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
  • Have a keen sense for hiring, training and coaching great people. So they can provide top notch service to our guests.
  • Are dependable, organized and have a positive, can-do mindset. When things don't go as planned, your team can count on you!
