We are currently recruiting for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist

ServiceMaster Elite is looking to hire an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! AR Specialist will be responsible for all accounting tasks related to accounts receivables/collections in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will display a positive, proactive attitude, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily AR log and work high volume assignments or more per day and set follow up rotation within 5-7 business days, or as needed per account
• Accept, process and apply payments to open balance in QuickBooks
• Notate all disputed accounts and notify the appropriate staff for assistance
• Update all program jobs through Xacatanalysis
• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain solid relationships with all customers, clients and third parties
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Maintains customer files and makes sure that necessary documentation is received, noted, and filed

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Able to sort, check, and verify numbers
• Possesses strong written and verbal skills with sound communication
• Position is open to Remote or Hybrid. MUST be able to do EST or CST hours.
