The Apprenticeship Program teaches the HVAC and Plumbing Trades from the ground up! We hire worthy, “go getters”, willing to learn our trade from the ground up, and in the honest and honorable traditions, which built this country!

We have three career paths you can choose from (HVAC Service, HVAC Installation or Plumbing Technician) and work your way up. You will learn the right way to perform our trade and will learn that the customer always comes first! You will learn to always do the right thing, and always do what you say you are going to do! You will work during the week...forty hours, being paid an above average industry standard hourly rate, and then take classes, two nights a week (4:30-6:30)!

Our Training Academy is a state-of-the-art facility with everything you will encounter in the field. Our instructors have been in the academic field for over twenty-five years, and have excelled in residential, commercial and industrial HVAC or Plumbing for more than thirty-five years!

They possess several Master’s License and various teaching credentials. In your first section, you will be tutored by them as you learn the Refrigeration Cycle and take the EPA examination. Once obtaining this Universal Certification, you will be legally allowed to assist in the HVAC field and get your hands dirty!

As you climb the Career Path at the AllTech Academy, you will determine where your passions are and follow them into a Skilled Trades Career. If you succeed through our curriculum, you one day will drive an AllTech vehicle and serve our precious clientele with reverence and prestige!
