As a Nurse Aide, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or nurse supervisor, providing valuable assistance in medical procedures and other rehabilitative activities for each resident. Your role will involve supporting the RN and contributing to the overall well-being and care of our residents.
Duties
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining oral hygiene.
- Providing support in rehabilitative measures by implementing routine daily exercises as prescribed by the therapist.
- Monitoring and accurately recording vital signs, temperature, blood pressure, intake/outtake, and medication intake for patients.
- Ensuring meticulous and precise note-taking and documentation.
- Collaborating with Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to assist with medical procedures whenever necessary.
- Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Promptly reporting any significant changes in a patient's health, condition, or behavior to licensed nurses or nurse supervisors.
- Maintaining the utmost confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old and above
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Ability to act quickly and efficiently in times of emergency
- Proof of COVID vaccination and TB test
- Emotional maturity and ability to avoid intrusion of personal problems on quality and stability of service
- Physically fit
