This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled Monday through Friday, typically between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Applications Analyst / Senior Applications Analyst – Onbase to:

  • Lead OnBase system administration, configuration, workflow development, application deployment and support.
  • Provide end-user support as well as being capable of learning new applications/modules quickly and show the ability to work with different levels of staff across the institutions.
  • Work with vendors and operational application owners to implement new initiatives.
  • Analyze, design, document, test, troubleshoot and coordinate new build, upgrades and changes to current solutions.

Education :

Minimum –

Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field

Two (2) years of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree

Preferred – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field

Work Experience :

Minimum –

  • Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of small to medium to scale solutions.
  • Demonstrated success applying critical thinking to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring

Preferred –

  • Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of medium to large-scale solutions using the applications, tools, and platforms relevant to the position .
  • Three (3) to five (5) years progressively responsible experience in an IS applications field.
  • Demonstrated success working on or leading initiatives that use agile methods.
  • Experience in information services or technology, direct clinical care, health care operations, or health care administration.
  • Healthcare subject matter expertise including at least two (2) years of experience in a health system, academic medical center, or health payer organization.
  • Experience supporting systems and/or operations in a 24x7 healthcare setting

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum – None

Preferred –

  • Vendor (e.g. Epic, Oracle, other) certifications as relevant for the position, per department guidelines
  • CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL
