Red Key Management Solutions is a growing property management company with 200+ units in the Bellevue and surrounding areas of Pittsburgh. We are currently seeking a full-time leasing agent to assist with the leasing process of our client's rental portfolios. This position will be responsible for various tasks, from communication with prospective tenants to finding new and exciting ways to market the properties. This position is perfect for someone interested in developing their real estate career, as our brokerage offers the opportunity for you to supplement you income while building your client base! We also offer one-on-one real estate career development training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate, schedule and conduct property tours with prospective tenants.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries.
• Determine needs and preferences of prospective tenants to accurately present availability and overcome any potential objections.
• Inspect properties to ensure quality and curb appeal and report any service needs to the maintenance team
• Collect required documentation from prospective tenants based on the company’s predetermined qualifications.
• Notify potential residents of application approval/denial.
• Assist qualified residents with move-in coordination, lease execution and other move-in requirements.
• Assist with marketing techniques to increase traffic and promote properties to future residents.

• This is a 1099 position

Requirements

• Must have or be obtaining a Valid PA Real Estate License (Must obtain your license within the first 6 months, or if you currently have a license, it must be transferred to our brokerage within the first 45 days)
• Must be organized
• Must have reliable transportation and access to a laptop
• Good customer service skills
• Must be willing to learn
• Must have a desire to develop your career in real estate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,250.00 - $3,000.00 per month
