LMH Logistics is a delivery service partner with Amazon. We deliver exclusively for Amazon for their heavy/bulky items ranging in weight from 50-300 lbs. Each truck has a driver and an assistant in the vehicle. The team works together to load their trucks out of the Amazon warehouse located at 805 S. Briggs Avenue in Durham, North Carolina. The team works together to deliver the packages within a 10 hour drive window within the state of North Carolina.

Wave 1 loads at 8:30am

Packages are picked and loaded out of our Durham Location each morning. This is a 7 day a week operation so some weekends are required.

Most employees work 4 10 hour shifts, per week. Flexible schedules are available for those who want to work part time or weekends only. We can work around most college schedules as well.

Qualifications for drivers and Assistants:

• 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license (Drivers Only)
• 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license (Assistants Only)
• Pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug test panel
• Job requires being able to move packages ranging in weight from 50-300 lbs
• Experience driving larger box trucks a plus (but not required, for drivers)

Payment Structure and Incentive Plans

• Minimum starting salary of $16.00 per hour for assistants
• Minimum starting salary of $18.50 to $19.50 per hour for drivers. Rate depends on the size of the truck driven (16 ft vs 24 ft box truck). Assembly driver rates at $19.00 per hour.
