Afterschool Art Teacher (Russian Speaking) Job at MIR School
MIR School San Ramon, CA 94583
We’re looking for a fun and energetic Art Teacher who can speak Russian to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to confidently lead and give clear group instruction
- Develop and implement engaging Art lesson plans
- Manage and educate students in a classroom setting
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience working with kids
- Must speak Russian
- Ability to teach children a variety of art media: pen and ink, watercolor, oil pastels, colored pencils, markers, chalk pastels, charcoal, graphite, acrylic, clay, textiles, etc.
- Energetic, organized, professional, creative, colorful and must love working with children
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Teaching experience required (minimum one year)
- Degree in Art is a plus
- Must be available after 4pm on some workdays and some weekends
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, enthusiastic, responsible, and flexible
