TRSU is seeking a skilled educator or after school professional to be the Site Coordinator at Cavendish Town Elementary School. Successful Candidates should have: - BA, BS, or Associate's degree- Working knowledge of State Child Care Regulations- Experience in a supervisory capacity at after-school programs- Have a clear view of after-school programming and a vision to see the program well into the future.- Be proficient in organization, leadership, collaboration and goal-setting,- A willingness to commit to the program long-term.- Availability to work half day Tuesday from 12:30-5:15Responsibilities include all aspects of daily site management including leading a team, supervising/supporting other staff members, working closely with program director and school principal. Sitecoordinators are responsible for all attendance records, file maker reporting, programming, billing, and sessionnewsletters.The After School Program is open during the school year with additional time built in for planning and endof the year reporting. Hours are Monday Friday from 2:50 PM 5:00 PM.The program does not run when school is closed, i.e., snow days, school breaks, in-service days.Additional hours may be available at other after school sites within the district and with program growth.Background check and licensing qualifications must be met to be eligible for employment.This is a salaried position for 20 hours/week for a total of 36 weeks during the school year.

This position could potentially be combined with a full-time school day position or a position in our summer program for more hours.
