WHO WE WANT:

We are excited to be expanding our team and looking for our next Advisor I who will help us in educating and informing our clients. The Advisor I will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. The goal of Consume Cannabis Co. is to ensure that all customers have the best possible experience with cannabis. The role of Advisor I is crucial to accomplishing this goal as the Advisor I is the customer's first point of contact with Consume Cannabis Co. The Advisor I will primarily work in the reception area and will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to all Consume Cannabis Co. visitors.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greets all guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Scans IDs and enforces admittance policies with our on-site security provider.
• Maintains client records in compliance with State law and Company policy.
• Assists customers in selecting products; advises and educates them about safe dosage and proper consumption.
• Stays educated and updated on different types of marijuana products and methods of medicating.
• Stays up to date on product promotions and sales.
• Answers phones and provides general support/delivers messages accordingly.
• Maintains reception area and lobby areas in a clean and organized manner at all times.
• Provides exceptional customer service – Best in class.
• Works with a diverse group of personalities – employees and customers.
• Work on special projects and assignments designated by management.
• Performs other duties.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
