Administrative Assistant

We are currently accepting resumes for a Part Time Administrative Assistant with HOA or Condo Association experience to work in Palm Beach Gardens. In this position you will be the support for the main office and helping the LCAM in anything they need.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Provide daily administrative support to manager such as filing, answering phones, creating files, assisting residents
  • Interact directly with the Property Manager (PM) and Board of Directors (BOD). Receive process and log all calls and correspondence for the PM & BOD.
  • Generating of all correspondence including mailings, violation letters
  • Communicate daily with the Property Manager as necessary to keep them apprised of all issues and to receive the Property Managers’ direction for the resolution of such issues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate needs to be energetic, possess good oral and written communicational skills
  • Can multitask
  • Is highly organized with excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, & MS Outlook.
  • Has a background working with HOA or Condo Associations, strongly prefer.
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
