The Administrator directs the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of operations and service are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is necessary. A degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working at an Executive Level
- Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in the state of Massachusetts.
