Administrative Assistant For A Flower Shop- Part Time/Flexible Hours Job at Fashion Flowers
Our shop is looking for a college student/intern who is looking to make extra money with a flexible schedule and a fun place to work. Someone who is reliable, committed, fast learner, problem solver and multi-tasker. Perfect for someone going to school and looking to work part time. This is a long term part time position with flexible days during the week for 2-3 days a week. Availably starting next week.
Responsibilities

*Field telephone calls *Enter orders and take orders over phone and in person *Receive and direct customers *Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials *Familiarity of Greater Charlotte area *Routing drivers for delivery in a most efficient way *Maintain an organized filing system *Conduct internet research *Place orders for floral needs on daily basis *Enter data into reports as needed *Create email and postal mail campaigns *Update floral website on as needed basis *Help with inventory management and shelving *Process new products
Qualifications

*Exceptional attention to detail *Ability to organize and create orderly systems *Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, and social media marketing *Ability to multi-task and work with multiple system at the same time. *Social Media knowledge to help with posting and marketing *Reliable, consistent, organized, friendly and willing to learn and adaptable to changes *Ability to work major holidays

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Compensation is $12.00 - $14.00/hour.
