We are looking for a customer focused and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Mercy LIFE Sharon Hill.

Mercy LIFE Sharon Hill is a member of Trinity Health PACE. Our facility ministers exclusively to the elderly through a coordinated care model which provides preventive, primary, acute and long-term care services designed to assist older individuals to live as independently as possible while continuing to live within their community.

What you will do:

  • Provide administrative assistance and clerical support to ensure cost effective operations, optimal lines of communication and resolution of day-to-day operational problems as needed.
  • Coordinate hiring support, credentialing, and filing processes to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Provide administrative support with calendaring, compiling, summarizing, and formatting data for use in the development of charts, graphs and spreadsheets and creation and maintenance of database systems.
  • Prepare various complex reports, narrative documents, presentation packets and informational materials as well as developing complex presentation materials.
  • Provide back-up coverage to other administrative support positions.
  • Handle travel arrangements, oversee meetings and event planning as needed.

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
  • Data entry and scheduling experience preferred.
  • One (1) year of customer service experience serving as the first point of contact via email/phone/in person strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required.
  • Superior written/verbal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and customer service skills as well as ability to adapt to change and attention to detail.
  • Position requires ability to engage in frequent kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, sitting, walking, bending and lifting. Must be able to push, pull, move and or lift a minimum of 20 pounds if applicable.
