Job Description


Title: Sales Department Administrative Assistant

Location: Stevens Point, WI Office

Starting salary: $42,495.70 - $53,119.56 (salary commensurate with experience)


Do you enjoy problem solving and being engaged in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for an opportunity to be an integral part of team and being challenged each day? If so, the Sales Department is looking for someone EXACTLY like you!

As a member of our sales team, you will be a part of a fast-paced, team orientated group. Candidate will work closely with sales management to analyze sales data, complete various office tasks to process expense reports and other internal reporting, book travel arrangements, and assist sales administration team on priority projects to support Skyward's mission.

A successful Administrative Assistant has the following key attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently and effectively prioritize daily tasks in order to meet established goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 product suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.)


Essential Responsibilities

  • Providing support to Skyward sales staff
  • Professionally corresponds with internal staff
  • Complete confidential reporting
  • Support management team as needed.
