Leadville has been home to KW Construction & Restoration for more than 33 years. With expanding divisions in Salida and Colorado Springs, the Leadville office is the main location for all business functions. We are looking for a full-time employee to provide excellent, experienced clerical support to our team.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Data Entry
· Greeting guests
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Take job leads
· Scheduling employees in certification classes
· Basic accounting
· Receiving customer payments, monitoring and following up on outstanding balances
· Assisting others with administrative tasks, such as light cleaning, checking the mail
· Marketing in surrounding counties, focusing on Summit County
· Be on call after hours (1 or 2 separate weeks a month) to dispatch emergencies to the mitigation team.
Preferred Qualifications
· 3+ years in an office setting
· Basic understanding of accounting
· 1+ year data entry
· Customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
