Salary: From $15.00/hour

Spark Orthodontics, P.C. is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant in our Temple and Pottsville, PA locations. Ideally this person will be outgoing, self-motivated/directed, customer service focused, driven, organized, a quick-learner, solution and detail oriented, and excellent with follow-up and follow-through. Strong computer and office equipment skills needed.

The successful candidate will handle all facets of the front desk in a busy and fast-paced orthodontic office, including but not limited to: greeting/welcoming patients, insurance eligibility verifications, patient check-in/out, answering multiple phone lines, reviewing patient forms for completion, projects as assigned, etc.

Candidates must be willing to travel to offices within the region as needed.
