A Patient Centered and Growing Chiropractic Office is on a mission to change healthcare in our community and is looking to add to our superstar team on an awesome Monday-Thursday schedule! (Occasionally scheduled trainings on Friday and/or Saturdays)

We are a faith based office with many of our patients being active participants of faith. It is important that the members of our team are comfortable and respectful of who we are and who we serve.

The hours for this position are:

General office hours are split-shift, Monday through Thursday and approximately as follows:

Mon: 7:00am-11:00am & 1:30pm-6:30pm

Tue: Morning Flex hrs. & 2:00pm-7:30pm

Wed: 7:00am-11:30am & 1:30pm-6:30pm

Thurs: 7:00am-12:00pm & 2:00pm-6:30pm

Fri: Flex hours

(Flex hours = opportunity to work on projects outside of regular patient hours and team meetings/training. These hours are flexible and are used to get weekly hours to 35-40/week.)

In the beginning of employment, there will be a large use of flex hours for in-office and video training. Flexibility is necessary and hours will vary.

Each staff member is empowered to work 35 to 40 hrs/week.

  • If tasks, duties, etc. don’t fill the desired number of hours, it is the responsibility of the individual team member to talk with the supervisor for guidance on how to do so.
  • Overtime must be approved in advance by a supervisor
  • Additional event/workshop/training participation varies per month and may include travel but dates are scheduled in advance

Benefits:

- Chiropractic care for individual and immediate family (dependents)

- Nutritional supplements, rehab equipment, and any other ‘hard goods’ offered at cost

Beginning wage of $20-23/hr.

After second month of employment:

o Begin accruing PTO (1) at a rate of 1 week/yr.

o Paid Major Holidays (2) [8 hours for a full day and 4 hours for a half day] that fall within the normal work week for normal days worked (3)

o Ability to participate in monthly office goals

o Able to participate in pro-rated annual office collection goals bonus

After first 6 months of employment:

o Job performance review

o Wage adjustment based on performance

o Begin accruing PTO at a rate of 2 weeks/yr.

o KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) relating to job duties will be established 4

After first year of employment:

o Job performance review

o Wage adjustment based on performance achieving agreed upon KPIs

o Simple IRA contribution match up to a 3% of monthly gross income (5)

o Wage will be reviewed yearly
