Landscapes by Dallas Foster, Inc. is seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant for our Vincennes, Indiana location. The successful candidate should have at least three years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant position with a working knowledge of office systems procedures. The individual must be self-motivated and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a flexible work environment. Good math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge in accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll are necessary. This opportunity is a full time position, Monday through Friday with a possible part time period in the winter months. Hourly wage is negotiable.
