Adam & Eve is recruiting for a Store Manager for our Idaho Falls location. This is a hands-on role where the Store Manager will have direct reports and be responsible for overseeing the full operations of the Idaho Falls location. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring staffing needs are met (scheduling, hiring, termination)
• Training new staff on POS system, product knowledge, policies, and job responsibilities
• Continuing the knowledge and salesmanship skills of current employees
• Positively leading a team of sales staff by example, you will be expected to work the floor alongside your duties as a manager
• Store inventory and ordering of supplies from our distribution center
• Maintaining store cleanliness daily
• Responsible for the accuracy of the tills and bank deposits
• Consistent communication with the regional manager and the rest of the team

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have a high school diploma
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Previous leadership experience required
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient organization and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
