Responsible for managing, tracking and facilitating payments due including private pay, other providers, and payments from Representative Payees for all services.
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Creates invoices/billing statements according to company practices and submits to customers in timely manner
- Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment.
- Works with Accounting Manager to reconcile revenue accounts monthly.
- Monitors aged receivables and confers with directors on actions related to non payment.
- Work with Client Care Coordinator to verify all revenue is collected from state.
- Create system for monitoring invoices/billing statements and implement for efficient collection of all money.
- Complete ISS billing monthly with verification of acceptance by state.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
