We market through multiple channels including a sales force, telesales, direct marketing and E-commerce. We are now accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Import Payment Processor. Hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Position Overview:

As an integral member of the Accounts Payable team, the primary focus and function of the position is to complete the day-to-day accounts payable import payment processing as-well as assigned domestic vendor invoice functions of the Hubert Company using acceptable accounting principles. The position reports to our Accounts Payable Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices for payment
• Customer billings
• Research and resolve issues on vendor statements
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced in processing import payments
• High School or GED
• Keyboarding and Calculator skills (10-key)
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Basic knowledge of Internet
• Basic understanding of sales & use tax
• Proven organizational skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent math aptitude
• Good telephone manner
• Detail oriented
• 3+ year Accounts Payable experience with both domestic and import vendors is desired.
