Summary of Position:

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service. In addition you will maintain accounts through order process, pricing, product research, vendor relations, and online company store management.

Reports To: VP of Sales and Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Handle all quote entry, order entry, and pricing for assigned accounts

• Communicate with other departments (marketing, art team, business development, accounting)

• Coordinate online company stores including the backend web store platforms, functions, and applications

• Conduct promotional product research via ESP

• Organize and prioritize client projects to meet strict deadlines Experience Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multi-task on several projects

• Focused and client-oriented

• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

• Ability to effectively present information to team members and clients.

Preferred Industry Knowledge:

• Promotional Product Industry Experience

• Common SKU

• ESP – Promotional Product Search Software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
