Job Description:
About the Role:
The General Labor/Housekeeping role at the Green Bay location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures
- Working on production lines occasionally doing activities such as filling and pounding pickles into jars
- Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality
- Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 3pm-11:30pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays will likely be required from March-November. Shift differential included
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
- Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
- The ability to work overtime and weekends
