The main product of the San Ramon organization is a significant portion of the Leica Geosystems Reality Capture software portfolio, including the market leading point cloud processing software. It is a family of software modules that provides the widest set of work process options for 3D laser scanning projects in engineering, surveying, construction, public safety, media & entertainment, and related applications.
Objective:
The Product Manager will plan, develop, and implement end-to-end solution and integration testing in cooperation with the established software QA team and plan, develop, and implement technical compliance specifications according to local, national, and international standards in cooperation with the corporate compliance team.
You will communicate the testing and compliance methodology and results to associates, management, clients, and auditors.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build expertise and capacity for cloud-based security standards and compliance
- Ensure uncompromised SW quality by expanding test scenarios from product-centric (eg, testing one feature) to workflow-centric (ie, spanning several SW platforms for a full End-to-End solution), including within our Cloud Platform (HxDR.com)
- Develop and oversee execution of our compliance testing and monitoring programs including testing methodology and reporting
- Product Management representative for 3rd Level Support Cases during coordination with Support (primary point of contact from 2nd Level Support), QA, and Development teams.
- Validate quality control weaknesses identified through quality checks, compliance testing, reviews, and examinations, and ensure they are tracked, evaluated, prioritized based on risk, responded to, and closed
- Participate in new product development processes and provide solution integration and compliance guidance to product development teams

- In-depth experience with development and testing of compliance programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, engineering, or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in compliance is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with product testing and process analysis is preferred.
- Skilled in business operations or project management.
- Solid technical knowledge and understanding of product/process design.
- Experience in reality capture data processes, and specifically with Leica Geosystems Reality Capture software is strongly preferred.
