Youth Special Needs Caregiver (PART-TIME) Job at Christian Servants Home Care, LLC
Christian Servants Home Care is a non-medical provider agency. We serve individuals of all ages and abilities. We are currently looking to grow our team of exceptional caregivers.
Locations: River Falls, Hudson, Houlton, Somerset, New Richmond, Deer Park, Baldwin, & Woodville, Wisconsin.
Many opportunities are available within St. Croix County, WI. These positions will be providing 1-1 support for a youth with a developmental/behavioral/mental/physical disability. Job duties include: interaction, supervision, assisting with meals/snacks. These positions would require the staff to provide care in the child's home or within the community. Knowledge and experience with behavior/crisis plans and de-escalation / redirection techniques is a must.
Hours: Part-time / Weekdays / Weekends
Potential Shift Durations: 2-8 hour shifts between 9am-10pm
An ideal candidate will have:
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- A safe, reliable transportation and car insurance along with valid drivers license
- Smart phone with APP capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, reliability, patience, and compassion
- Staff must be reliable and have excellent communication
