YMCA Campus Connection Child Care Staff - Eagle Point Job at Rogue Valley Family YMCA
YMCA staff establish effective relationships with school staff, parents and children while providing a stimulating afterschool program. Must be available Monday to Friday from the time school lets out until 6:00 pm. Program includes academic support, snack, physical activity, STEM, crafts, and so much more. Staff must maintain safety and childcare standards with help from the leadership team. Adult to child ratio is 1:15.
Requirements:
- Commit to the duration of the entire school year
- Two years’ experience working with children preferred
- Demonstrate the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility
- Be enthusiastic, friendly, dependable and follow directions
- Must be even-tempered and have a neat appearance
- Willing to adjust tasks with changing priorities
- Have First Aid and CPR certification
- Willing to work as a team
Compensation:
$13.50 - $18.00 DOE per hour, YMCA membership, and 50% off YMCA program fees. Child care program is free for your children if you are working
